MULTI-AXIS ROBOT MILLING

Multi-Axis Robot Milling is a manufacturing process that involves tools that move in 4 or more directions and are used to manufacture parts out of metal or other materials by milling away excess material, by water jet cutting or by laser cutting. There are three main components to multi-axis machines: 1. The machines physical capabilities i.e. torque, spindle speed, axis orientation/operation. 2.The CNC drive system, the components that move the machine. This includes servo-motors, rapid traverse systems, ball screws, and how positioning is monitored. 3. The CNC controller, this is how data is transferred/stored within machine, and input data is processed and executed.


ROBOTIC HOT WIRE FOAM CUTTING

Robotic Hot Wire Foam Cutter is an advanced robotic machine used to cut polystyrene foam and similar materials. The device consists of a thin, taut metal wire, often made of nichrome or stainless steel, or a thicker wire preformed into a desired shape, which is heated via electrical resistance to approximately 200°C. As the wire is passed through the material to be cut, the heat from the wire vaporizes the material just in advance of contact.


3D CNC MACHINES

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Router is a computer-controlled machine that is related to the hand-held router used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood, composites, aluminum, steel, plastics, glass, and foams. A CNC router allows us to produce consistent and high-quality work while improving factory productivity. Our CNC routers can produce one-off’s as well as mass produce and assets imaginable. Automation and precision are the key benefits.


CNC PLASMA CUTTERS

Plasma Cutter is used for all sorts of metal fabrication projects. A CNC plasma cutter is a machine that is specifically designed to cut through electrically conductive materials by using a computer to control and direct an accelerated jet of hot plasma at the material being cut. CNC plasma cutters can cut through a wide range of different materials, including steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. For designers and artists, the most common uses are in both signage and sculpture, as well as being used in decorative panels for interior projects.


3D SCANNING

3D Scanning is the process of analyzing a real-world object or environment to collect data on its shape and possibly its appearance (e.g. color). The collected data can then be used to construct digital 3D models. Collected 3D data is useful for a wide variety of applications that allows us to construct any object to any size with ultimate precision.


3D PRINTING

3D Printing consist of various processes in which material is joined or solidified under advanced computer control to create a three-dimensional object, with material being added together (such as liquid molecules or powder grains being fused together), typically layer by layer. 3D printed objects can have a very complex shape or geometry and are always produced starting from a digital 3D model or a CAD file.


8K RESIN PRINTING

8K Resin Printers offer much more detailed and smooth models. Resin prints don't require extensive post-print finishing to look good. They are faster than FDM machines. Resin models are generally stronger and more resilient. When struck by a computer-controlled UV laser, the resin will change from a liquid to solid state. Basically, the laser “draws” the outlines of the print onto the resin layer and hardens the parts that it touches. The parts that are not touched by the laser will remain liquid. Our Mega 8K is a uv resin printer that works with any Photopolymer UV Resin. It has a huge 15" buildplate. This means you can easily print off a good sized bust or an entire detachment in a single print run.
